In-Home Physical Therapy

In home health physical therapy, we help our clients recover from their physical or neurological injuries or illness, including post-surgery rehabilitation. Your physical therapist will perform a home safety assessment to ensure your living environment is safe and make appropriate recommendations for you and your family. Your physical therapist will evaluate your pain, strength, balance, coordination and assess your mobility to formulate a treatment plan entirely customized to you. Additionally, if an assistive device is needed, your physical therapist will advise on the device best suited for you and provide training on its use.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapy practitioners ask, "What matters to you?" not, "What's the matter with you?"

In its simplest terms, occupational therapists help people across their lifespan participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities (occupations).

Common occupational therapy interventions include helping children with disabilities to participate fully in school and social situations, helping people recovering from injury to regain skills, and providing support for older adults

experiencing physical and cognitive changes.

Occupational therapy services typically include:

  • Individualized evaluation, during which the client/family & occupational therapist determine the person’s goals.

  • Customized intervention to improve the person’s ability to perform daily activities and reach the goals.

  • Outcomes evaluation to ensure that the goals are being met and/or make changes to the intervention plan.
